USB and S versions
Classe 7 is a single boiler espresso machine available in 2 versions. The automatic version (USB) offers four programmable doses per group, the semi-automatic version (S) has only a manual start/stop button.
Steady Brew
Rancilio Steady Brew (SB) technology is the evolution of the traditional thermosiphon system and introduces a set of innovative features designed to improve the performance of the single-boiler Rancilio espresso machines. By keeping the water temperature stable during extraction, Steady Brew guarantees excellent thermal stability, reliability and maximum repeatability, both during busy periods and in low usage conditions.

T-Switch
This single boiler espresso machine features the 4-position T-Switch knob, which allows to set a different temperature for each group (approx. 88°C, 93°C, 96°C or 98°C with the boiler adjusted to 1.0 bar) and always have the right extraction temperature for each type of coffee.

The automatic iSteam wand, the C-lever steam valve and the cool touch steam wand help even less experienced baristas to heat and froth milk.

Service-friendly Design
The Classe 7 is an easy-to-maintain single boiler espresso machine. It features an easy access to internal components just removing the front panel and the cup-holder grid, to speed up maintenance operations.
Easy Clean
It’s easy to activate the cleaning cycle. The operator only has to place the blind filter disks and the detergent tabs into the portafilters and press a button. Classe 7 will automatically complete the cleaning cycle in just 5 minutes.
