Rancilio Specialty and Egro at Barry Callebaut’s Chocolate Academy in Paris

On July 4th, the Barry Callebaut Group inaugurated their Chocolate Academy in Paris with the special presence of the Rancilio Specialty RS1 professional coffee machine and the fully automatic machine Egro Next NMS+.

The academy features a state-of-the-art training lab and offers a program of artisan training, distributor days, co-creation, masterclasses, demonstrations, and the expertise of Barry Callebaut Group chefs and Ambassadors.

Supported by the advanced technology of the Rancilio Specialty RS1 and the Egro Next NMS+, guests can uncover the best techniques and flavors of fine Cacao Barry chocolates.

During the inauguration, the RS1 helped craft delicious drinks using Van Houten Ground Chocolates in the new “Chocolat Gourmand” space. Equipped with Advanced Temperature Profiling technology, baristas can easily set different temperature profiles to extract the intricate flavors of each blend or single-origin coffee, highlighting the taste of each creation and blending the complementary worlds of coffee and chocolate.

For enthusiasts of fully automatic machines, the multi-drink option of the Next NMS+ offers the possibility to customize each recipe, perfectly blending coffee, milk, and chocolate, thanks also to its innovative milk system that regulates the froth level and the temperature of the milk for each beverage.

With breathtaking views of the park, the Chocolate Academy promises chefs an immersive experience in the passion for chocolate and coffee.
