From November 1 to 3, the Trismoka Challenge returns, the competition that celebrates the Italian art of coffee, hosted at the Fiera Campionaria in Bergamo. The Rancilio Classe 11 will accompany the 12 contestants as they compete “espresso shot by espresso shot” in front of a jury made up of journalists and food bloggers.
Renowned for its design inspired by the automotive world and its high standards of extraction technologies, the Rancilio Classe 11 espresso machine will provide contestants with full control over the coffee extraction process. Thanks to its intuitive interface and numerous customizable options, participants will be able to focus on the quality of the final product, expressing their creativity and technical skills to the fullest.
