Among the highlights is the much-anticipated Egro MoDe, showcased in two distinct configurations. The first, the Pure Coffee version, is suitable for preparing an array of coffee drinks and powder-based beverages. The second, the Pro Milk version, tailored for establishments with moderate consumption, promises a customizable coffee experience, allowing adjustments to temperature and frothing levels for hot milk, cold milk, and milk foam.
In parallel, Rancilio Specialty will also be present with RS1, equipped with Advanced Temperature Profiling technology for the finest coffee recipes. Meanwhile, the single boiler espresso machine, Invicta, offers an unparalleled brewing experience with Steady Brew technology.
