IFAS 2018

More than 300 exhibitors will gather in Switzerland from 23 to 26 October for the exhibition dedicated to the healthcare industry

The next edition of IFAS, scheduled to run at the Zurich trade fair pole from 23 to 26 October, will be presenting the latest trends on the healthcare market and offering visitors a vast overview of the new technologies which are revolutionizing the entire industry. Equipment designed to meet the everyday needs of patients in care facilities such as rehab centres and retirement homes for the elderly. Among the hospitality solutions being presented at IFASS, space will also be dedicated to coffee so the Rancilio Group, together with the Egro Suisse AG team, will be participating with a stand featuring both the Egro fully automatic machines and the traditional espresso coffee machines branded Rancilio equipped with the CONNECT telemetry system.
In the ambit of fully automatic machines, a place of honour will be occupied by Egro Next, this year’s new release designed by the Swiss research and development department. Easy to use thanks to its intuitive touchscreen interface based on the Android operating system, Egro NEXT guarantees an elevated in-cup quality for all types of beverages, whether hot or cold, coffee, milk or powder-based.
Visitors will also be able to discover the other products in the Egro catalogue (Zero, Zero+, One, Byo) and the traditional coffee machines marketed under the Rancilio brand. Different products conceived for every possible type of venue, designed to offer an extraordinary coffee experience to all customers.
For the entire duration of the trade fair, Latte Art champion Pietro Vannelli will be the heart and soul of the Rancilio Group bar, serving members of the public with coffee and cappuccino brewed on the traditional coffee machine, Rancilio Classe 11 USB, the flagship product of the Rancilio brand.
