On Friday 18 November 2022, on the occasion of the thirteenth edition of the national day of small and medium-sized enterprises organized by Confindustria Alto Milanese, Rancilio Group had the opportunity to host a middle school class from Parabiago (Milan) to allow students to approach the world of work, and the values and reality of business and its local territory.
The kids were welcomed upon their arrival at the company by our team, who had the opportunity to talk about our projects, initiatives and describe the professional figures that make up a heterogeneous reality like ours. The students were later guided to our production department to discover the world of the production of traditional and fully automatic coffee machines.
The initiative, which started in 2010 and which over time has seen the participation of 425,000 students during these cultural days, is part of the Business Culture Week organized in conjunction with the European SME Week, established by the European Commission to promote entrepreneurial spirit.
The event in Rancilio was also attended by the Confindustria Alto Milanese organizers: Paola Roveda Credit and Finance Area, Tiziana Colombo President of the Small Enterprise Group and Giorgio Armani, director of the Small Enterprise Committee.
This year’s edition also saw an in-depth study of the theme of beauty: the beauty of Italian know-how, an expression of the skills, values and culture of Italian manufacturing. Expression that is reflected in the production of goods and services of companies, thanks to the commitment and ambition of the collaborators who are part of it. Beauty that becomes a tool to stand out, innovate, improve and compete on the market, without forgetting the traditional and cultural values of a territory in which the company operates and with which it communicates.
