Meet us at the Rimini Trade Show on 18-22 January for the coffee and pastry art fair
Rancilio Group starts 2020 at the SIGEP in Rimini, the international trade fair centred on coffee and pastry art. This special event, which has now reached the 41st edition, has always opened the new season of leading Italian trade fairs. It is an important opportunity for Rancilio Group to sponsor the Italian Barista Championships and also to introduce the public to the Breakfast Solutions of Egro fully automatic espresso machines, the ultimate Rancilio Classe 20 and two customised versions of Rancilio Specialty RS1, one olive green and the other orange and black.
The Egro brand presents Next Top Milk with the new milk system (NMS+) and Zero+ Quick Milk Pro, two fully automatic machines designed to meet the miscellaneous needs of hotels and of all locations that serve coffee and a large variety of milk-based beverages in various service settings and even with self-service solutions.
Rancilio’s area will focus on the ultimate grinder V50 and on the various temperature control technologies of the new Classe 20, which will be presented in the two versions Classe 20 SB with Steady Brew and Classe 20 ASB with multi-boiler system. With live demonstrations, tasting sessions and workshops, Rancilio’s Coffee Competence team will show the public how the Steady Brew technology, patented by Rancilio LAB, maintains constant water temperature within the circuit, thus guaranteeing excellent thermal stability and the utmost repeatability during brewing.
For the second consecutive year, Rancilio Specialty will be the official sponsor of the Italian Latte Art and Coffee in Good Spirits Championships promoted by SCA Italy. RS1 machines will once again take centre stage at the SIGEP by supporting the finalists of the two disciplines during all the competitions, from qualifying rounds to the finals.
The public will have the opportunity to meet the competing latte artists and baristas even at the Rancilio stand. It will be a unique chance to take a close look at how they prepare for a competition, and to taste artfully decorated cappuccinos and cocktails made of premium quality coffee. Rancilio Group’s stand will also host the best Italian roasters who, throughout the SIGEP, will offer the public coffee from all over the world, using the Temperature Profiling system of Rancilio Specialty RS1.
