Rancilio Group will be one of the key players at the 42nd edition of Host, the international exhibition dedicated to the world of Ho.Re.Ca scheduled to take place in Milano from 22 to 26 October. In the heart of Hall 24, the Rancilio Group stand will offer an overview of what’s new in the Rancilio, Egro and Rancilio Specialty brands, from new products to new technological solutions, with a focus on services and the main projects developed in the last two years.
In the area dedicated to the Rancilio brand, the spotlight will be on the restyling of the Classe 5 and Classe 7, two of the most classic models in the line of traditional espresso machines, which are making their debut in updated versions with a new design, new equipment, and the same reliability as always. But the main innovations for these new versions concern the temperature control technologies. The new Classe 5 and Classe 7 come with Steady Brew, the patented technology that guarantees excellent thermal stability and maximum repeatability. Optional for Classe 7 is also available T-Switch, the practical 4-position knob that allows you to set a different temperature for each group even for single boiler espresso machines. The new Classe 5 and Classe 7 espresso machines will also feature the new chromed brass portafilter that will be standard with all Rancilio espresso machines: ergonomic, customisable and designed to accommodate filters up to 21 grams. There will also be a showcase for the new grinders from the Rancilio Grindtec line. Both the Kryo Evo dosing grinder series, with its innovative anti-clumping technology and three new colours, and Stile, the ultra-compact on-demand dosing grinder suitable for both professional and home use, will make their debut at Host. For Silvia fans, in the area dedicated to the Home line, it will be possible to discover the new colours and also Silvia Pro X, the evolution of Silvia Pro with pressure gauge, new portafilter and soft pre-infusion.
An entire side of the stand will be reserved for the fully automatic coffee machines by Egro, which returns to Host with a new graphic design, a new logo and two new products in the spotlight, reflecting the new brand identity. The new Egro QuBe is designed for the Hospitality and Office Coffee Service (OCS) sectors, and for all locations with low daily consumption that require a varied coffee menu. QuBe offers up to 7 different configurations with 1 or 2 coffee grinders, up to 2 hoppers for powders and fresh milk. The other new product is Egro MoDe, which incorporates the latest Egro technology in a compact format and is designed for all medium consumption Ho.Re.Ca. premises. The visitors will also discover the new version of Touch Coffee, the fully automatic drip coffee machine with built-in Coffee Cooler.
Rancilio Specialty will introduce the new RS1 equipped with pre-infusion and post-infusion control technology. This is a new feature developed for Specialty Coffee baristas which, combined with the Advanced Temperature Profiling already included, represents a further step forward in the research on coffee extraction carried out by Rancilio LAB. For the event, RS1 will be showcased in the Black version and in 4 versions customised with the year’s colours.
The stand will house special corners dedicated to the Digital Training Center, which promotes online training courses for engineers and technicians, the new Customer Support online portal, and the Connect telemetry system, with two touchscreen tables and interactive workstations for experiencing the new dashboard.
In full compliance with safety regulations, the cafeteria will offer special tasting menus with fine and single-origin coffees from around the world.
As Main Sponsor, Rancilio Classe 20 will be on the competition stage of the “Gran Premio della Caffetteria” and the “World Latte Art Grading Battle Championship” promoted by Altoga and Aicaf.
